A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

If your order hasn’t arrived

1. Check your tracking link for updates and confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.
   
   

2. Check with household members or neighbors and look for delivery notices.
   
   

3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for the fastest investigation.
   
   

4. If you still need help, email support@barbersupplyandco.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Please contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update so we can assist.
