Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)
We accept cancellation requests within 12 hours of purchase and before an order has shipped.

Returns – Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products

Return label: Provided by us for defective/incorrect/damaged items.
Who pays return shipping: We do for approved cases in this category.
Return deadline: 14 days from purchase date.
Used products: Opened items are acceptable if the issue is manufacturing defect, carrier damage, or we shipped the wrong item.
Restocking fee: None.
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after the return is received and approved.
Original shipping costs refunded? Yes when the return is due to our error or carrier damage.
Refund method: Original payment method.
Returns for Customer Remorse (Wrong Item Ordered, Doesn’t Fit, Changed Mind)
Do you accept returns? Yes, for eligible items.
Eligibility: Items must be unused and unopened in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
