What is Barber Supply & Co.?
Barber Supply & Co. is your trusted source for professional barber tools and grooming supplies, available both online and at our North Bergen, NJ store.

Mon–Fri: 10 am–7 pm | Sat: 10 am–5 pm

Can I order online and pick up in-store?
Yes. Select “in-store pickup” at checkout and you’ll be notified when your order is ready.

Do you offer shipping?

We process all orders within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, destination, and carrier you select.

After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Most customers receive their orders within 3–7 business days after processing.

We ship via USPS, UPS. Delivery times depend on the carrier and service you choose. Please note: shipping delays due to weather or carrier issues are beyond our control.

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns of unused, unopened items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for return shipping.

We don’t accept returns on used tools, grooming products, clearance items, or gift cards. If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number—we’ll make it right.
